Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) before starting work, and wear a safety helmet when entering the workshop.
Keep the work area clean; the floor and all equipment must be free of oil stains. Perform the "five 3s" (cleanliness, safety precautions, and maintenance) for the equipment.
Start-up and Shutdown Procedures
Before starting the hydraulic pump, check that all valves within the hydraulic system are open.
After starting the pump, periodically check that each automatic device reaches the specified values, functions correctly, and meets technical and testing requirements.
Immediately after starting the pump, check that the system automatically stops when the pressure reaches the upper limit of the pressure gauge on the electrical contacts.
